Right to erasure form

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), any individual, upon providing proof of identity, has the right to have their personal data deleted, also known as “the right to be forgotten”.

In the event your personal data are deleted, your customer account will no longer exist, and you will lose access to any acquired benefits. You will no longer have access to your order history.
